    Cartage and Transportation Services, Inc. (CATS, Inc) was founded in 1992 as a Wisconsin outbound “Expedited and Exclusive Use” freight company.  From the day we began we have been dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service featuring a one hour response time and on time delivery at competitive prices.

    Our customers have trusted CATS, Inc. to handle their “expedited and exclusive use” shipments to all lower 48 states and Canada.  We have had the size vehicles they required, when they needed them from a car up to a 24ft Straight Truck.

    In response to our customer’s requests and our awareness of their changing needs we have changed our location, added a location, expanded our service offering, added tractor / trailers to our mix of vehicles and increased our fleet size.
